Oh they are sooooooo cute. Have you found homes for them all yet? Callie looks like a good mother. :)

I am from Michigan and was wondering if these are the same pups that I heard about through Critter Connection? My husband and I are complete dog lovers and our black lab
died Dec 2007. We were heart broken for months. We are finally ready to get a puppy, and I read the story about Callie and her puppies and cried! We wanted one of her puppies and I filled out an application and I was astounded by the response I received: Sharon...

Pinckney is out of our adoption radius of our home site. Sorry.

Can you believe it! I am 26 miles from Wixom, MI. Here you have 2 people that would give a pup a terrific home with love and wonderful care, she would be sleeping on our bed I'm sure the first night!!
Signed, Heartbroken in Michigan
These pups must be the ones I read about. I am so saddened. Sharon from Pinckney - MI

I'm sorry for your loss and I wish you well in your search for that special furry someone to bless your lives, but you're better off NOT getting an animal from Critter Connection. They give their animals the most minimal veterinary care possible and do not even pay for pain meds after they've been spayed/neutered. Also, they do not run a routine blood screen even when the animal was gotten as a stray or from a kill shelter, but they charge an arm and a leg to adopt one of their dogs, that is, if you fit into their "perfect" profile.
